Date: Saturday, May 15, 2010
Location: The J&J Cycle Trails, located just north of Kingston, are home to some of the best trails in all of Eastern Ontario. This beautiful race venue will be open to 5 Peaks runners for one day only; but is guaranteed to leave you with a memorable trail racing experience.

For those traveling from out of town, there are several hotels all within a 15 minute drive to the race site. Camping is also available in close proximity to the site. Here's a listing of some accommodation options:

9:30 AM -Start of the Children’s Challenge 1K
9:45 AM -Pre-race instructions
10:00 AM -Start of both Sport & Enduro race
10:15 AM -Post race food & beverage available
11:30 AM -Awards Ceremony

Terrain: The course features an exciting combination of single and dual track trails that wind through forest and meadow, with some natural obstacles and bridges along the way to keep you on your toes.
Elevation Gain: Sport Course: TBD
Enduro Course: TBD
First Aid & Water Stations: There will be a water station at the start/finish line and midway through the course. First aid will be available at start/finish and throughout course with radio communication.
Washrooms: At Start/Finish area near barn
Parking: Parking will be along the laneway into J&J Cycle Trails. Watch for instructions.
Important Notes: This is a trail race with natural hazards on the course, so please be alert while racing. For the safety of yourself and others, please no headphones, strollers, dogs or nordic walking poles.
Spectators: Spectators are welcome with optimal viewing at the Start/Finish area near the barn.
Awards/Prizes: Awards ceremony will be held following the completion of all races (approximately 11:30am). Awards are given to the top three male and female competitors in all races, as well as the top three male and female finishers overall. There will be no duplication of awards. You must be present to receive awards, as they will not be mailed out.
