Location: Terra Cotta Conservation Area consists of 485 acres of unique natural environment that has gone through significant changes over the years and is now an excellent representation of the Niagara Escarpment features. The Area for many years was previously used as a recreational facility with campsites, parking lots and a large swimming pool. The campsites have been replanted, the parking lots re-vegetated and the swimming pool removed and replaced by an award winning wetland, used as a learning tool illustrating to visitors the importance of wetlands. Directions: From 401
Exit at Winston Churchill Blvd
Continue 9km to King St
Take slight right on King St
Take second left to continue north on Winston Churchill Blvd
Terra Cotta Conservation Area is approx 1.7km ahead on the left
From 410
Take Bovaird Dr exit toward ON-7
Turn left onto Bovaird Dr East
Continue for 8.5km, then turn right onto Mississauga Rd
Continue for 10.5km, then turn left onto King St
Turn right onto Winston Churchill Blvd
Terra Cotta Conservation Area is approx 1.7km ahead on the left.

8:00 AM -Registration / Packet Pickup for the Children’s Challenge, Sport & Enduro
9:30 AM -Start of the Children’s Challenge 1K and any participants planning to walk the Sport or Enduro course.
9:45 AM -Sport & Enduro Pre-Race Briefing
9:55 AM -Elite Self Seeding Line up at Start Line for Sport & Enduro
10:00 AM -Start of both the Sport & Enduro race
10:15 AM -Post race food & beverage available in race compound
11:30 AM -Sport Awards Ceremony
12:00 PM -Enduro and 1/2 marathon Awards Ceremony

Terrain: Combination of single-track, x-country ski trails, and hiking trails, a true trail run from start to finish!

First Aid & Water Stations: 2 Water/Aid Stations(1 at start / finish area, and 1mid way through course). First Aid attendants at the Start/Finish area, at aid station and throughout course with radio communication. Course sweep will travel behind last racer.
Washrooms: Washroom facilities and outhouses available at Start / Finish area.
Parking: Free parking is available but limited. Please car pool.
Important Notes: In the interest of racer safety and because of the size of our attendance and the technicality of our course, it’s dangerous! NONE OF THESE THINGS BELONG ON THE TRAIL DURING THE RACE.

-No strollers or baby joggers
-No nordic walking poles
Spectators: Spectators are welcome: best viewing from Start/Finish area
Awards/Prizes: Awards ceremony will be held following completion of all competitors. (Approximately 12:00pm). Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category in all distances, as well as top three male and female finishers overall. We will also be awarding prizes to all the points race winners too...
All awards must be picked up at the race and will not be mailed. Yes - last race of the season... time to get rid of all the remaining prizes and inventory! Don't miss this one.
